(43-287) My First Groupon

I'm the kind of person whos' typically inclined to believe that if something sounds too good to be true; it probably is.  I don't consider this to be a pessimistic point of view, because I like to think of myself as quite the optimist.  But an optimist can also be cautious; and I am.

So last summer my friend Shannon had mentioned Groupon to me.  She told me that she had gotten an amazing deal on fitness boot camp; and I was very happy to learn that Groupon REALLY was a real deal.  I signed up shortly thereafter, but had yet to receive any offers that I felt compelled to try; until today.

Today's deal of the day on Groupon was: $10 for $15 Worth of Scrapbooking Materials, Plus a Six-Hour Late Late Nighter Cropping Session at Scrap Happy Sisters in Glendale ($30 Value)

When I saw this offer, I knew that it was a steal, because I'm getting $5 worth of scrapping supplies for free; not to mention a FREE crop.  I decided to wait to make my purchase because I wanted to see if I could get some friends to do it too.  Then before I knew it, I received an email from Lisa B and she was letting people know about the Groupon special as well.  I told Lisa that I was going to purchase it, and then I called Jenny to see if she'd like me to get one for her too.  Jenny also thought it was too good to pass up, so I made the purchase for both of us, and it couldn't have been easier.  It takes
no time at all to process your order; and then all you have to do is print your Groupon, which is good for one year.  It's just as simple as that.

Now the thing about Groupon is that these are limited time offers, so by the time you read this post, this opportunity might be long gone; BUT there will be plenty of others.  If you're interested in learning more about Groupon, it won't cost you anything but a couple of minutes of your time.   Check out Groupon's daily deal - huge discounts on the coolest stuff in your city. http://www.groupon.com/r/uu5068558

If you manage to get in on this particular special, PLEASE let me know.  Otherwise, I hope that you find some super deals!
Till next time...
Queen of EVERYTHING
